Each partner is responsible for a minimum stock of their goods, which would all be co-branded between your business and The 715.
Customers will check out with items at neighboring Uptown Coffee and Owner, Vicki Tracy, manages the store and day-to-day operations.
Benefits of being a partner:
-
You pay a monthly fee for your portion of the store rent - which includes tags and labels for co-branding your items.
-
There is no "store mark-up" on your items. You set the price and are paid out sales minus any share of the credit card fees incurred during the transaction.
-
Each partner is highlighted on The 715 website and will be equally marketed on social media channels.
-
You do not need to staff or be present at the store (unless you want to).
-
The 715 is in a prime downtown location with a storefront window and foot traffic.
How does Partnership work?
The 715 was created in the spirit of collaboration and community with an upscale Wisconsin boutique vibe.
We are currently looking for a small, select number of partners to help us round out the goods we offer in the shop.
We have and anticipate the continued support of the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MACCI) and Visitors Center to help promote and send people to our store.
Located in the historic and refurbished building - The Vault, The 715 is a neighbor to Uptown Coffee, Mainstreet Marshfield, The Coven, and a growing number of local businesses and building tenants.
Items should be one of the following:
-
Wisconsin, Northwoods, Midwest, and/or Marshfield themed.
-
Upscale in nature and free from crude language or religious/political messages.
-
Within your niche market agreed upon between you and the managing partner to prevent seller overlap/competition.
